Kailyn Hart
Student Intern
Hello, hi! I’m Kailyn, a Wyoming native. I hold a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology and a master’s in public administration from the University of Wyoming. I am currently receiving my master’s in counseling from Southwestern College and New Earth Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico. My studies focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma, grief and renewal, psychedelic studies with an emphasis on neuroplasticity, and somatic release. I am also looking forward to deepening my work with EMDR. I provide trauma-informed care to clients of all ages, using approaches that support brain healing, resilience, and long-lasting change.
My approach to counseling is psychoeducational and relational, rooted in curiosity and the belief that healing happens when we create space for all parts of ourselves. I integrate holistic practices that honor the mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about helping others reconnect with their innate wisdom, authenticity, and capacity for renewal. Outside of work, I am a mom to two incredible humans and five fur babies. I love being outdoors, hiking, camping, snowboarding, or taking early morning walks with my dogs. I am also a firm believer in the magic of iced coffee and the restorative power of a good nap.
