I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). I'm deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, and I love partnering with individuals across the lifespan to help them navigate mental health challenges with dignity, hope, and practical support.

I bring a holistic and person-centered approach to my practice, integrating psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle strategies tailored to each client's unique goals and values. My clinical background spans outpatient psychiatry, crisis intervention, pediatrics, and rural mental health, with a special focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and ADHD.

My philosophy is rooted in listening deeply, building trust, and empowering my patients to take an active role in their healing process. While I see patients of all ages, I hold a special place in my heart for children and adolescents facing mental health challenges.

When I'm not in session, I enjoy spending time outdoors and with my family and friends.
